Medical Trade Fair in Russia
December 8 to 12 – The Expocentr Fairgrounds in Moscow, Russia, will host Zdravookhraneniye, 18th International Exhibition of Heath Care, Medical Engineering and Pharmaceuticals. The event will be jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf and Expocentr. Exhibitors will display medical and dental instruments, equipment and diagnostics, laboratory and rehabilitation equipment, dental equipment, and hospital furnishings. At the 2007 event, more than 1,000 exhibitors from 39 countries presented the latest products and technologies to more than 20,000 visitors from Russia and neighboring nations.

March 31 to April 2 – North America’s largest machine vision trade show and conference will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center. The 2008 event attracted 112 exhibitors, the most in nearly a decade, and 2,500 attendees for a 5% increase.
New England Biomedevice
April 22 and 23 – The first Biomedevice MD&M exposition and executive forum is for Massachusetts’ converging medical device and biopharmaceutical-manufacturing industries. The event, to be held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, will include 300 suppliers to the medical device industry and resources for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The Biomedevice executive forum, will focus on technologies, designs, manufacturing methods, testing protocols, FDA regulations and compliance procedures for new drug-device combinations, drug-delivery systems, molecular diagnostics, and sophisticated imaging systems.
